Submitting Recommended Renewal Payment

  • Once requirements are met, your employer will recommend you for renewal through EIS.

  • You will receive email notification when your employer has submitted your recommendation with instructions for submitting payment.
    • Be sure to check your spam/junk email box if you are expecting your email and can’t find it.
    • If the email is not there, it is likely you are not looking at the email inbox for the email address that is in your account. If you don’t remember which email is in your account, check all of your personal and work inboxes, including spam/junk.
    • If the email in your account is an email you no longer have access to or there may be a typo in your email address, please contact your employer’s i4see coordinator Links to an external site.. If this person does not have the myNHDOE - DOE Security Administrator role, this person will likely know which employee does have the correct role to assist you to update your email in myNHDOE. You will then be able to access your account to apply for your recommendation. You will not receive another email notification at the updated address, but you will be able to view the email sent you in your myNHDOE/EIS/Educator/View Your Credentials/Emails section.
    • If you did not receive an email notifying you that your recommendation for renewal is complete, but your employer has notified you that the recommendation has been submitted, please continue with the instructions in the rest of this course.

  • Log into your myNHDOE Links to an external site. account.

Educator Information System, Educator Link, Renew Your Credentials Here Link

  • If you do not see “Renew Your Credentials Here”, please confirm with your employer that you have been recommended for renewal.
  • Please note: A yellow banner does NOT necessarily mean you have been recommended for renewal for this renewal cycle. This banner may be left over from a previous cycle when your license was upgraded from a Beginning Educator to an Experienced Educator.

  • Review the Endorsement(s) to be renewed.  If there are any errors, please contact your employer before clicking on the renew link.  Errors at this stage are easier and less time-consuming for employers to correct than if you have submitted an application/payment.

    • If you notice any endorsements are missing from the list that you do not intend to let lapse, please contact your employer to complete the recommendation process for all endorsements before applying.

    • If your employer has recommended you for an Experienced Educator License, you will see a yellow banner on the myNHDOE/EIS/Educator/View Your Credentials page indicating a recommendation has been made for EEL, however when applying, you will see that you are still applying to renew the Beginning Educator License (BEL). You will not see the EEL in EIS until after application/payment is made.

  • Our system only accepts Visa/MasterCard.  Please have your card ready before continuing.

  • You will confirm your profile information, respond to conduct/ethics acknowledgements and submit payment.
